I created this building as a personal project before with Maya and used it as a reference when making my houdini asset. My main goals were to make the HDA super user friendly, with only a few options of change that would affect procedural parts of the asset accordingly. I also wanted to style match this chunky building along the way.

Here are a group of buildings I generated with the HDA. I am most proud of the ability to randomize the locations of awnings and planter boxes with a seed.
